Born 19/11/1898
In Cobh, Cork

Hi,

Have you looked for his birth in the indexes? As he was born post 1864, it should have been registered. These are available at the Dublin GRO or on film at your local family history centre. (Church of the latter day saints)

You should also look at the 1901 census. This is not indexed so you need an approximate address. 1911 census is also released. These are available at the National Archives in Dublin and on film at your local family history centre.
