Hi, janey2103.

I found a cremation record for Nora Ayres, age 76, who died on 12 December 1971, on Ancestry. The record states that she was buried in Hendon Cemetery and Crematorium in the Barnet area of London.
The record doesn't give the exact burial plot, but I imagine if you contacted the cemetery or the council, they would be able to give this information to you.

I had a look on a few sites, and I couldn't find anything for them either, unfortunately. If they died in Barnet, I would suggest ringing or emailing the council. Of course, if the cemetery isn't council owned then they would probably not have access to the burial records. In that case, you would probably have to ask if they knew who to contact to access those records.

Sorry I couldn't help on this one.

Thank you so much, that actually confirms they are where i thought they were, its a small local church yard. needed to double check as i couldnt find them on records either, apart from BMD i am 90% sure i have actually passed the grave before, the name has only just come to light though. You are a star thank you so much.
