My trusty laptop is now over 8 years old and I'm thinking of replacing it with a Chromebook. I know these are quite different to laptops and rely very much on cloud storage so I'm wondering if people have any experience of using them for family history? I currently use Roots Magic which I don't believe will work on a Chromebook so will need to rely on a suitable app or a provider such as Ancestry.
Any hints, tips or comments from Chromebook users? Thanks!
