Hello , I wondered if anyone has any details or maybe a photo of the gravestone or location in the cemetery please

Hi I don't see anything on findagrave for that cemetery have you tried contacting the cemetery to see if they can help with a burial record

Thanks Rosie , I noticed a couple of similar posts to mine going back to 2010 and some people had map or info so am hoping they are still around , if not will contact cemetery etc

Hi Alan
Charles aged 69 was buried 08/03/1927 in grave 90 in square 250, there isn't a memorial inscription.  His address was Gulson Road Hospital, home address was 25 Harper Road.

He is buried with two others:

Ethelbert Edward Altree aged 54 was buried 13/03/1947, address 22 Hope Street

Ronald Dennis Altree aged 14 was buried 24/05/1943, address 152 Hipswell Highway

Hello Julie , would Charles grave be in the old part of the cemetery ? I know my mums brother Ronald was buried at the Whitley end of cemetery

Thanks Julie , I was getting the grave number mixed up with squares . We had a lovely walk around the oldest part of cemetery today , first time I have done that , very interesting ,

That grave would have my grandfather's father in , also his brother and also his own son in .
