Title: Help needed with Latin from parish register please

Please can someone help me with this phrase from an Essex parish register approx 1550s.
The bit I am trying to read is the phrase above the word Baptizati.
I have included the baptism below it for reference to the writing style.

I was hoping it was going to mention a year - it is the first year date mentioned in the 20 pages I have transcribed so far!

The very short line above the one translated for you by Watson also gives the year ...

Anno 35 reg(ni) R(egis)
35th year of the king's reign [= Henry VIII, 1543/1544]

You may have other pages that reference the year in that same way.
