Thanks to all  for the help.
 I thought that it might be Merthyr/ Mathry Pembroke and I'm happy to have it confirmed. The transcription said:  Meetkys, Pomkoke??  :D

The county looks like Pembroke.

The parish looks like Merthyr, so maybe = Mathry (also called Merthyr). See here ...
