Hi, I have received a DNA test from my heritage, but they have not included any lnformation to include to send back, eg my name, barcode etc. The only thing I did when I activated it online with an activation code was peel the number off the box and stick it to the test kit. Should there have been something in the kit, many thanks Paul

The kit number should already be on the tubes you put your samples in, and you have given details of the person being tested when you activate the kit, in addition unless it is assigned to someone else the kit has been assigned to you to manage. Which means they already have all the details required.
If you have ordered the health option then the results will be sent to the tested person rather than the peron who bought the kit.
