I am searching for information on two brothers, James Scott born 1890 and John Scott born 1892, two of the family of James Scott and his wife Ann Stewart. I have seen two names on the Keith War Memorial, James Scott and John Scott. Might they have been the two brothers I am looking for?
One of their sisters was Annie Scott who married James Annand in Keith in 1913. James was manager in the Strathisla Distillery. Annie's son was the Revd James Annand, a Church of Scotland clergyman.
Any information would be much appreciated.

The James Scott was a lieutenant in the 6th Gordon Highlanders. Born 16-12-1890, enlisted March 1915, mentioned in dispatches 1-1-1916, killed in action (France and Flanders) 25-9-1915 and commemorated on the Loos Memorial.
Son of James & Ann Scott, Tarrycroys, Keith. Educated Keith Grammar School/Aberdeen University. Worked at Tarrycroys and Mortlach School.
