Hello, Is this lady known to you or in your tree?
At a local family history helpdesk a gentleman is trying to find any relative of the above lady who was born 1871 and died in Water Orton in 1967. She spent most of her life in London/south-east, she was unmarried. At some point after 1939 she moved to Water Orton in Warwickshire and lived with seemingly unrelated people. Her probate was to a retired bank manager, Robert Geo Kimberley BAKER and to Helen Edith EDWARDS (whom she had lived with at Water Orton).
Any links or leads would be appreciated. The enquirer has useful information for her relatives.

In case it helps, Ethel's parents were Charles Edward LAMPLOUGH and Elizabeth Ann BAGSHAW. they married in 1862 and had the following children:
1863 Hamilton Charles
1864 Annie Constance
1866 Beatrice Mary
1867 Ernest Williamson
1871 Ethel Blanche
1872 Norman Edward
There is also an item in The Times on Monday, Nov. 7, 1938 that Hamilton, Norman and Ethel had left "the Old Court House, Hampton Court" and new address is "35 Princes Gardens SW7"

Hi Maddy, yes, thank you. By 1939 Ethel was in Hove. The enquirer had sorted all her siblings out...and hit the proverbial! I am in process of seeing if any siblings had offspring (not looking hopeful SO far). This lot were well to do. Ethel's probate was over £23k. Jacqui

Beatrice Helen does have offspring - am battling with them at moment!!
Thank you so much for the leads - and that the one added LAMPLOUGH - wonder if that was for inheritance purposes? Ummmmm
