Title: Looking for a birth of Wilhelm Herman Severing born Germany c1874

Hi
 I am looking for the parents and birth of Wilhelm Herman Severing who died in Birmingham, England  in 1895.
I have details of his death, it is his birth, parents and siblings I am seeking.
Wilhelm apparently was a deserter from the German Army.
