I can find Maggie Stratford on the census, 1901 she is in Andover.
The previous census Croydon, 1881 in Peckham Rye

I’m looking to try and locate the address, it looks like Downs road, but unsure?

Would anyone know where this road would have been located at Peckham Rye?

The 1881 address is 44 Downes Street, Peckham. It may have been changed later to Ethnard Road, Camberwell by the 1920s. Easy to find on a modern day map when you Google it.
