Title: Kilchreest - William Preston

I am looking for information about one of my ancestors - William Preston, born in Kilchreest, Galway abt 1831. I have traced him to England with his wife Margaret, who was born in Loch Ray in 1836.  They moved in Warrington, Lancashire (now Cheshire)  before 1860, but I have no information about him prior to that date.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks. There's one Preston family listed in the extracts of Griffith's Valuations which took place in Galway in 1855. The Valuations are on John Hayes failteromhat.com website.
