Hi,
I started my family tree a while back to try and find as much as I could about my Grandad and his time in the Army. I have found the basics but nothing else. I have the address that he lived at from being a child all the way to him passing away in the 60s.
Robert Hall
Born 13.09.14
Bell Street, Beswick, Bradford, Manchester
Mum: Ellen Gudgeon
Dad: Edward Hall
Robert worked as a Railway Porter for London and North Eastern. My Nana said he was a Prisoner of War captured by the Japanese, my mum said he was very poorly when he came back all the way through to passing away in 1960. Unfortunately my Nana is no longer with us and Robert died when my mum was very small so she cant remember very much. I can not find anything information about his regiment/POW.
Any help would be hugely welcomed he is my missing puzzle piece!
Kindest Regards
Davina :)
