Title: Help with a link to the Family Search site
Post by: Ewan on Friday 21 January 22 11:02 GMT (UK)
Hello

Back in 2012 on the Family Search site I received this link.  I have since tried it and the message is appearing - 'page not found'  It has been a long time since using this site and the format seems to have changed considerably, unfortunately I don't know my way around it now.  Can anyone suggest an alternative on that site as I found it quite useful at the time.  I am looking for all children baptised of the couple George and Mary Purdy baptised in Middlesex, possibly Hammersmith.

Many thanks for any help.

Thank you Falkryn for the link, to me, it seems a bit more complicated than it used to be

I do need to get my head around fact that there are a couple of Alfred Purdys - 1830 and 1844, maybe the first Aldfred died so named another child Alfred, looks like he may have died too

If you have access to Ancestry (either via a subscription or at your library) the image for that baptism is in the London, England Church of England Births and Baptisms 1813- 1920 dataset

From GRO indexes here's possible birth entry for Ann b1840
