Whilst not exactly the perfect answer but workiing on a balance of probability. Aaron records on several census his place of birth as Hails Weston, Hunts.

14th April 1801 in Hails Weston a John Carter marries a Dinah Callcott.

A daughter baptised in Hails Weston 28th September 1806-daughter of John/ Dinah

Hi
Not good news .The only Carter baptised in Hail Weston is Sarah Carter d of John and Dinah in 28.9.1806.
Aaron marries at st Pauls Bedford 11.4.1838 and this has given you his Dad.
Thomas marries at St Bedford 7.1.1837 to Deborah Castleman.

Other children for John and Dianah are
Sarah 13.2.1803 at Wilden
Sophia 9.6.1805
Eliz 15.10.1809
Mary 26.3.1815
William 11.11.1821
John Cawcut 1.5.1804 at Hail Weston to John and Dianah.

There are two possible  mariages  at Hail Weston 14.4. 1801 John and Dianah Callcott
and Wilden 24.12.1799 to Dinah Swales
So two couples.
John of Hail Weston 1776-19.6.1837 St Nicholas and Dinah 1781-7.9.1868.
John of Wilden 1777- 27.4.1817 and Dinah 1777-21.7.1844

John Carter of Hail Weston owns a house there in 1832 and is entitled to vote in the Poll.

But of course without the 2 baptisms it's a guess.
