hi I am looking to find where a demestic servent in service worked is there any records on this in glasgow  thanks

There isn't a general register for this if this is what you mean. At best, you may be lucky and the person you are looking for in a relevant census entries at her place of employment. Or maybe she would give her working place as her address if she married?

Hit and miss unfortunately depending on what you find for her on records.

hi thanks for the information the person was born in 1900 so is there any chance there is a scottish census for 1911

At the moment, the 1911 Scottish Census is only available on a pay-per-view basis at www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk

However, if she was born in 1900, 1911 might be a bit early for her to be working.
