Good morning, can anyone help decipher this marriage certificate, some parts of which are difficult to read. The marriage is between my 3rd GG John Sim and Mary Hodgson.

I think his residence is Cummersdale in the ? of ? Carlisle

If I have the right family 1851/1861 they are in Scotland.
1851 John born 1815 Annan, Dumfriesshire
1871 they appear to be in North Shields, Northumberland (under SINN)
John born c 1815 Scotland and Mary c 1815 Broomfield, Cumberland
1861 have a Daug Jesse;
