Title: Tonbridge Marriage Lookup 1814

I'm looking for information on the marriage of Thomas Boakes and Sarah Oliver on 25/10/1814.
In particular I'm trying to find out if the marriage was by banns or by license, the ages of the bride and groom and any witnesses present.
 Ancestry give the marriage date and Tonbridge as the venue but no other details.

Thomas Boaks bachelor of the parish of Seven Oaks
Sarah Oliver spinster of this parish, by licence
both signed, Thomas as Boakes
witnesses both signed, John Wells and Jane Boakes
