Title: Latitude and Longitude

Has anyone any idea how to get a position at sea with the information in degrees/minutes/seconds.

I have the coordinates which are Lon- 54. 15. 18. Lat- 009. 53. 31.

Plug the coordinates into Google Earth and it will take you to that point.  You need to know whether the longitude is east or west and whether the latitude is north or south.
