My dad. Anyone know this family? Looked before but came to a stop. His dad was William but there's no more record after him. Would like to find more, if possible. Hope someone can help.

That's him, my dad, aged 6! No father present, yeah? I must be wrong then to assume it was a William. Thanks for looking.

There's this Christening?

That's my dad's date of birth - so it's James, his father, not a William. Thanks.

Hi again, I just want to thank you for your help on this, as I knew there was a William in there somewhere, and now I know it was my great grandfather and not my grandfather.
William is the one that there is a dead end on, literally, because I don't have records of him when I last looked on the censuses. Hope that makes sense! Maybe the records were lost, somehow.
Someone in my family lived in London - St Pancras - anyway, that's another search. All for now, and thanks again, again.
