Hi, I am Sarah Jane Tutty’s niece. I have recently found the essays and passed the links on to my other cousins. As a child, I visited my grandparents small house/cottage in Mill Lane, and have many (many) fond memories.

Mill Lane now seems to be called Mill Street in Hacketstown.
Here's Mill Lane, Hacketstown in the 1887-1913 Historic 25" map from the National Townland and Historical Map Viewer.
