Have  you purchased  his  death cert,? that  would  give  you an address and informant
Then  I  would have  a  look at burials and  cremations within that  area
Hope that  may  help

Try the Liverpool Bereavement Services. Most local Authorities hold records of cremations and burials in Municipal cemeteries. For churchyards you need to look at churches in the vicinity of the usual residence.

Some authorities are better than others at being helpful, but as public cemeteries and crematoria are their responsibility, if they don’t hold the records themselves they should be able to say do hold them.

Years ago I contacted a neighbouring authority to locate my grandmother’s grave, I knew the cemetery but not the location of the grave, which I knew had no headstone. They responded with a map showing the position of her grave, and offered to arrange for someone to meet me and show me the exact spot if needed.

That was before WDYTYA and other programmes caused a dramatic interest in Family History, and a flood of requests. Nowadays it is more common to find they charge for the information, which is understandable.

Do you know that he was buried? If yes could he have been buried with other family members perhaps grandparents. The nearest cemetery to the address given in your post is Kirkdale Cemetery. Was he RC? If yes he might be in Ford RC Cemetery. If he was cremated that could have been at Anfield Crematorium or at Thornton.

Have you tried looking for an announcement of his death in the newspaper?

When was he last listed at Jonville Rd?

1970 was at 15 Jonville Road. Nothing after that except for death registration.

Did he have siblings who are still alive you could ask?

Did he marry?  Is his wife still living?  Did they have any children you can ask

Are you going by the 1970 ER when you say he was at Jonville Rd in 1970?  He was only 14 at that time but as his parents were there it's reasonable to assume he was

The ER's for that address from 1949 show a Benjamin George & a George Benjamin Lloyd - presumably his father & grandfather

Benjamin George Lloyd b 1904 died 1983

Benjamin G Lloyd of 15 Jonville Rd was cremated March 1983 at Liverpool Crematorium cause of death Pulmonary Tuberculosis. He was born 1904 I think.

Do you have your George Benjamin Lloyd’s birth certificate? Or do you know his parent’s names?

That was grandfather to the 1993 death.  He married Margaret E Thompson  in 1924 and had a son George Benjamin in 1925 who was presumably the father of the GBL who died 1993

GBL's 1956 birth shows mmn Carter but there is no marriage between a male Lloyd & a female Carter 1946-1956 that can be linked to the couple married in 1924
