Title: The Howe IOM
Post by: Chucky_60 on Friday 18 June 21 05:21 BST (UK)
Hi,

The area or place called 'The Howe' is referred to on a number of the official records that I have found. It also registers on google maps, yet when I search for it nothing comes up.

Does it exist or is it simply a family name used in reference to where the family lived?

Any advise would be appreciated.

Thanks

Chucky

The Howe is next to Port St Mary Railway Station .
The road to Cregneash passes through it (Howe Road).

Between Port Erin and the stone circle on Mull Hill (zoom in or out until map appears)
