Buried deep in my family tree there are two brothers, who married two sisters.
The brothers are:
William WRIGHT (1822-1895) b Essex, d 13 Feb 1895 in Paddington
Wilson WRIGHT (1835-1892) b Essex, d 25 Sep 1892 in Paddington
The sisters are:
Mary Ann WRIGHT née DANIELS (1821-1899) b Edmonton, d 07 Jan 1899 in Paddington
Sarah WRIGHT née DANIELS (1835-1923) b Tottenham, d 19 May 1923 in Norwood
I am having great difficulty in tracking down their final resting places. Any help. would be greatly appreciated.

Hi
To avoid confusion it may be better to show the women as Wright nee Daniels
-
Suitably amended.
I suspect that they are all buried in the same cemetery, as they tended to follow each other around. Sarah's death, by the way, was in the Uxbridge area, what is referred to today as Norwood Green, rather than South London's Norwood.
Does anyone have any idea where people who died in Maida Vale/Paddington in the late 19th century were buried?

Norwood Green is now split between london brough of Ealing & Hounslow & is the southern part of Southall middlesex Norwood Green is about a 15 min drive from Uxbidge but a direct link on the Grand Union Canal prob no connection but a point of intrest the surnames you mention wright &Daniels wherlknown working canal boat people in the said area's

Thanks for this. I actually know Norwood Green well, having lived in both Hounslow and Ealing. A lot of other London boroughs have cemeteries in Ealing, along the Uxbridge Road.
The two Wright brothers were born in Great Dunmow in Essex. They come from a family of carpenters and builders. They were both carpenters and later general builders, with William have small building firm. In the 1891 census, William is described as a builder, whilst his son is listed as a carpenter, no doubt working in the family business. Similarly, Wilson in 1891 census is listed as a carpenter.
As for the two Daniels sisters, they are from the Tottenham/Edmonton area and are related to me by blood.
Neither family have any canal connections as far as I know.

I am still trying to locate the final resting place of six of my relatives, namely
William WRIGHT (1822-1895) - b Essex, d 13 Feb 1895 in Paddington
Wilson WRIGHT (1835-1892) - b Essex, d 25 Sep 1892 in Paddington
Mary Ann WRIGHT née DANIELS (1821-1899) - b Edmonton, d 07 Jan 1899 in Paddington
Sarah WRIGHT née DANIELS (1835-1923) - b Tottenham, d 19 May 1923 in Norwood
Charles Joseph POWELL (1830-1887) - b Hornsey, d 17 Jan 1887 in Paddington
Ann or Annie POWELL née DANIELS (1833-1902) - b Tottenham, d 24 Nov 1902 in Willesden
It has been suggested that they might be in Paddington Old Cemetery or Willesden Lane Cemetery. Unfortunately I have been unable to find these records online or to contact the cemetery by e-mail. Does anyone have any idea where these records are stored, how to access them or indeed contact the cemetery.

Have you tried...
https://www.barnet.gov.uk/births-deaths-and-marriages/deaths/hendon-cemetery-and-crematorium
Sometimes I've found people there who died in Paddington.

Evidently not a valid e-mail address!
I have tried Brent Council's contact form and it refuses to let me contact them, as it won't offer me a contact category!
its website says that their burial records are online at Deceased Online which I subscribe to, but that site doesn't seem to cover Paddington Old Cemetery.

Hi Wilson Wright is my Great-GreatGrandfather. His son Wilson Thomas was buried at Kensington and Chelsea Cemetery, which I haven't been able to visit yet, but was always told it's where all the Paddington Wrights and their families were buried. So may be try there.
-
SAWright - sorry for the long delay in replying. I have only just noticed your very helpful post.
We must be distantly related, as I share ancestry with the two Daniels sisters.
I am very keen to follow up your suggestion of the Kensington and Chelsea Cemetery, a place I know very well as I use to work in West Ealing and have walked past it many times.
I do not know, however, how to access the burial records for this cemetery. Do you - or indeed any other reader - know where these are kept? It would be great if they were online, though I suspect they are not.

Burials for Kensington & Chelsea are included on Deceased Online and I did check to no avail. So I am still not able to locate the final resting places of these four.
Any new ideas?
