Sarah Stevens Currell B1890 Swanbourne Buckinghamshire . Married 26/8/1914 to Albert Edward Spear under the name of Cissie Stevens Currell .
In 1911 census she was a servant in Chelsea and then was living in Hounslow at 59 Heath Road until about 1921
Press cutting for about 1947 she was being looked for by solicitors .
Maybe a Hove/Brighton connection in the 40,s
Looking for her death ? Any thoughts .
Thanks

Could this be Albert's death?
Deaths Mar 1947
Spear Albert E 64 Brentford 5e 51
Could explain why Sarah/Cissie was being looked for by solicitors...maybe they had separated. THe Brentford registration disctrict covers Hounslow I think. I used to live off Heath Road!!
ADDED: Do you have her exact birthdate to search in the 1939 register? There is an odd entry under a Sarah Kaits [Spear crossed out, invalid marriage] dob 10 Oct 1891 but 10.09.90 written above.
Ah I see she is 10 months on the 1891 census RG12; Piece: 1148; Folio: 111; Page: 3 & registered Jul quarter 1890 so birthday possibly June,

Thanks Josey, that’s a good point about the death of her husband and the solicitors. So maybe the Hove/Brighton connection is where she was tracked down to.
Thought that the Solicitor maybe tracking her down about her son she had before her marriage to Albert Spear. She was a servant in a grand house in Chelsea so say no more. The boy was brought up by others and financed by that family .
Sorry no exact DOB for Sarah .

If his mother was Susan then that is the correct death. The probate address matches the 1939 Register.
