Hi, trying to decipher the below cause of death on a death certificate- any help here is much appreciated!

Agree; phthisis. I have this on one of my ancestor's death certificates, and have seen it on others. It does usually seem to be backed up by the duration of the disease.

Medical name for Tuberculosis or Consumption.
