Good afternoon 'chatters !
We're trying to date the attached picture in an effort to determine which one might be a friends Grt-Grandfather, Patrick Keogh, born Birkenhead , 1875. (d Birkenhead 1950)
We believe he spent most of his working life at Dock- or Shipyards (hence the nautical based studio background, no doubt), including possibly Cammel Laird at Liverpool.
If anyone can help us narrow down the date of this pic please, by clothing styles or other clues, we'd be grateful.
Thank you

I would say this was Edwardian.

Agree with Carol & would say around 1908-12.

Using 1910 as a possible date for the photo, if Patrick was born in 1875, that would make him about 35 when this photo was taken.
The gent bottom right is older and the chap top left is younger, which leaves four possible 35 year olds in the photo. I'm erring towards the one standing top right as being 35. I think the others may be a bit older, maybe 40s, though there's not much in it I don't think. :)
