I wonder if anyone on here can help me with this please?
I received a notification today that the PDF Birth Certificate that I ordered online recently is available to collect.
However, every time I try to log in to go to my Account on there, my browser says it’s an unsafe Site, and closes down.
I’ve never had this problem before, and am wondering how I can access my PDF?

Which specific URL are you using?
problems hare been reported if you don't use the one starting www

I also haven’t been able to log in (same error message) last night and today. Using Chrome and Safari on an iPad to try to access the www site.
-
On the login page there is this message:
" A small number of customers are reporting that they are being prevented from accessing this site to place orders and accessing PDF's. We apologise if you are affected and are currently seeking to resolve this issue as soon as possible".

I posted the same problem and was then directed here

I still can’t access it on my iPad but can access on my husband’s.

Many thanks All,
I’m glad that it isn’t just me!
Yes, I’m using Safari, but it keeps saying‘Unsafe Site’ and shutting down.
I’m guessing that it’s probably some sort of scam...?
I’ll try using a different browser.

Thankfully not a scam :). I can get on via Safari but not chrome, it may be worth trying another browser for now. It is good to see that GRO have acknowledged there is a problem as it has been going on for around 2 weeks.

I use both Safari and Chrome on my iPad and tried Firefox too but variations of the same message. It is frustrating.

OK, I just tried using my old Samsung Tablet, and was able to login and collect my PDF Birth Certificate!
And so presumably it’s an iPad issue?

It appears to be a problem with their server. Hopefully it will be rectified soon.

Not had any problems this morning - like others - safari

I wondered if it was something to do with the various updates to iPads. I know I have different versions than my husband’s when they do updates.
As you can tell, I don’t know anything about them. ::)

I doubt it’s an iPad problem. It was OK yesterday - iMac running Safari - today, nothing has changed and I can’t get access with either yesterday’s log-in or a fresh visit today. I suspect it’s them.
