Hi All
Could anybody please comment on the date of this photo?
I would like it to be around 1895 because if it is then I'm fairly sure that I can identify everyone in the photo (my great-great grandparents and their children/grandchildren).
If any friendly wizards could improve the quality too I would be incredibly grateful :)
Thanks
Julie

Wow, that uploaded zoomed in ... there is more of the picture to the right :)

Hi Julie. I'd say mid 1890s by the look of the ladies' sleeves :)

Morning, I am writing from Cape Town South Africa. I think one of Thomas Brooks and Elizabeth's Children, Thomas Arthur Pinfold moved out to South Africa in the early 1900's. He married Winifred Beryl Brand. My husband would be a great-grandchild of Thomas Brooks and Elizabeth. Do you know the names of the people in the photo. Thomas Arthur was born in Packmores on 26/5/1887. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Laura.
The photo is of Thomas Brooks Pinfold and his wife Elizabeth (formerly Nelson). The lady on the back row is Ellen Pinfold (later Cobner, my great grandmother and eldest child of Thomas and Elizabeth). The girls to the right of the picture are Annie Sophia and Hetty Pinfold. The toddler on Thomas’s knee is their youngest Albert. The two males in between them are their other surviving sons, Thomas and George.
I believe the two males to the left are Elizabeth’s sons from a previous marriage, but I am not certain.
