Title: Re army uniform
Post by: Karenswain on Thursday 14 January 21 20:43 GMT (UK)
Hi this is my Grandad Arthur Charles Wood who was born in Brighton. He was born in1899, so l presume it was taken during the first world war. I wondered if anyone knew what uniform he is wearing.

The cap badge is not clear, but could be the Royal Sussex Regiment:

Can you post close-up images of the cap badge and the proficiency badges on his sleeve?
The bottom badge on the sleeve looks like a marksman.
