Yes thank you Kiltaglassan!
I can't seem to find either, Hugh's and Anne's, birth records!
I've looked all over the irishgenealogy.ie site.
I've found almost all the other birth records for all the brothers and sisters of both, Hugh and Anne (Annie).
I was hoping to get them off their grave marker, but these no stone on the graves.
Thank you everyone for all your help.

What you're seeing as 'M' is the way that the writer forms the letters 'St' with the cursive 'S', you can also see the stroke on the 't'.
Have a look at some of the other addresses on the same page, they are written the same way.

Yes, it's St for street.
-
As gaffy and aghadowey have said, it's street (st). Notice how the registrar changes it as he moves across. This was taken from lower down on the same birth record sheet.

The birth registration you posted was for a birth that took place on 15 November 1914. Note the following in the Belfast Telegraph less than 3 months earlier on 31 August 1914:
'McGREEVY - In fond and loving memory of our dear mother, who departed this life on 31st August, 1913, and was interred in the family burying-ground, Saintfield. Inserted by her Sons and Daughter-in-law. 9 Grampian Street, Belfast.'
Note the home address in the mother's 1913 death registration, '9 Grampian St':

Gaffy,
Thank you, that is for Sarah Jane (Porter) McGreevy. She was the mother of Hugh, wife of William McGreevy. Thank You, I didn't have that source information.
The Belfast Telegraph, you mention is there a link to a free site for them?
