Could anyone please help me read these place names all in the parish of Llandrillo yn Edeirnion, Merionethshire?

I would have a go but I think you'll need to take a higher resolution shot [not just an enlargement of this image - which will pixelate].

*    I'm unsure what the contraction mark used here signifies.
**   May be one word or two - not sure.
