Title: HTML > jpg please
Post by: pinot on Monday 28 December 20 23:32 GMT (UK)
No copywright issues - compiling a review of local clubs/societies for my community newspaper I find the editor can't open an image accessed from a Chrome web page; I have found free and paid-for conversion programmes by Googling but don't want to pay and don't want to download any dodgy software. Is there a simple solution? Grateful for any help. :)

Easiest way is to take a screenshot, (CTRL + ALT + Print Screen).

Open Paint 3D (or similar). CTRL + V to paste.

Save as a JPEG

If you use Windows, use the Snipping Tool.

An appreciative footnote: your advice was just what was needed and a total success. Thanks both and best wishes for 2021.
