Baptism at Ashwicken with Leziate parish, Norfolk, England during 1777.

There seems to be a few with this phrase on record.

It doesn’t relate to any individual baptism, but marks the point at which the register was handed in for inspection by officials of the church court, e.g. during a visitation.
