Title: ROBO1 GENE
Post by: Zaphod99 on Wednesday 25 November 20 15:15 GMT (UK)
I've had my DNA done but I can't say I understand a lot about the results. This might not be the best place to ask, but it is the only form I use that has a section on DNA. In the last few days there have been many articles about a gene called ROBO1, and its connection with mathematical ability. I'm probably better than average in this area and thought I would look at my results, but I can't find any mention of this Gene. I've looked into it a bit deeper and found that various SNPs are associated with this Gene and one of them, rs1455832, is listed in my raw results, as being on chromosome 3 at a certain position, and 'GG' .

I've also been looking at this page
https://snpedia.com/index.php/Rs1455832

Am I hoping for too much if I'm asking for an explanation?

You could try to upload your DNA to Promethease
