Hello
Do you have his parents names? Is he the child Henry George Wright in 1861 4372 /27/6 in Holyhead.
I just saw his marriage, I think, did he marry Jane Ellis and his father was Samuel, a painter?
Heywood

There is a Henry Wright (Henry George in 1861) b 1856 , Dublin, raised in a Davies family in Holyhead as grandson/nephew.
What do you know of your Henry.
In 1851 405/12 /47
There is a Mary Jane Wright, 7 yrs niece born Holyhead with the same family.

Henry born 1856 dublin married jane and lived at north west street and had a number of children his work was a fishman
-
Yes that’s correct - after marriage.
It seems very likely that the young Henry is the same person.
I can’t find a birth record for Mary Jane Wright and civil registration did not begin until 1864 in Ireland.

thank very much

Hi, I’m wondering if there were two Wright families in Holyhead.
My grandmother Louisa and her siblings were all born in Holyhead early 1900. Their father George Henry Wright was born in Isle of Man 1884, and married Margaret Ann Bebbington, but her birth father was John Honeybill. I have this info from a DNA match relative on Ancestry.

Hello,
I am not sure if you are seeking information re your family but here goes :)
Here is Louisa in 1911.

The three Wright children all show a mother’s maiden name of Williams in GRO indexes.
There is a marriage in 1905
George Henry Wright and Margaret Ann Williams
There is a marriage 1919, Holyhead
Margaret A Wright and John Honeybill.
I hope this helps

Charles Bebbington married Jane Williams in 1885
Maggie Ann is 9 yrs old in 1891 4680/77/20 so born abt 1882
-
I wasn't :) Just letting the OP know that Louisa is my grandmother, the eldest of the Wright children with Miriam being the youngest. Thanks anyway.
Incidentally the lady that John Honeybill married is of no connection as he never married the mother of Margaret Bebbington, so possibly a 'love-child' ::) ;)

I think there's two Wright families in Holyhead (at least) and these are two different ones. My great grandfather married in Holyhead, he came over from Isle of Man, and before that the Wrights came from Scotland. My great grand father George Henry Wright was born 1884, so a different Henry Wright you are mentioning.
