Many thanks for the address and information.  I will try the address and see where it leads me but not sure about that book as it appears to be for Friedhof 1,2 and 3 in Dessau rather than the Jonitzer Friedhof I feel I need to be looking at.  Saying that, you never know what might turn up.

Hi,

Friedhof Jonitz is in Dessau-Waldersee and has been extended twice, hence the three sections.
Friedhof 1 + 2 + 3 in Dessau = Friedhof Jonitz.  :) It's all one & the same place.

Friedhof Jonitz
Der Friedhof von Jonitz wurde das erste Mal im Jahre 1616 erwähnt und in den Jahren 1806, sowie 1884 erweitert. 1993 wurde eine neue Trauerhalle errichtet und 2005/2006, hat man eine zusätzliche Fläche erworben um in den zukünftigen Jahren weiterhin Beisetzungen durchführen zu können.

Hi Karen,

I can't be certain that they are. Too me it looks like they (Friedhof I, II and III) Dessau are in seperate locations, within Dessau and Jonitzer Friedhof is yet another place more in the Jonitz area of Dessau.  I may be totally wrong but am still investigating.
