I recently posted on here info required about Eunice Charlotte Watkins and I really appreciated the responses, especially the details of her death in 1926. From the information given I have now been able to send off for her death cert and marriage cert. She married and died in Llanhilleth, Monmouthshire. Are there any electoral rolls for this area between 1920 and 1926, she was living at 32 Cae felin Street, Llanhilleth. Monmouthshire.
Thanks once again for the help you have given in the past

Yes - not a good situation at the moment. I don't know if the RO is actually open but if you ring them they may do a search for you

As ever Carole. Thank you. Ken

The electoral registers are at Newport reference library, currently closed. Llanhilleth would be in the Abertillery books, believe they go up to 2002.

I have not read your earlier post but don't forget most women did not get the vote until after your dates (1920 -26) so will not appear on registers at that time

Thank you Stoob and Rosie for your replies. Much appreciated

No problem, I didn't see the original post either but noticed the death coming up as Charlotte E Watkins on the BMD in 1926 (Bedwellty).
