Title: Co Cork parish records GOOLD family

I am looking for the parents and siblings of James Alipius Goold, b.04 Nov 1912 Co Cork, who became Archbishop of Melbourne Australia. He died 11 June  1886 in Brighton Victoria Australia.

Mentioned in his will are a cousin, Samuel HYNES, Architect, sister Mary A. TERRY and 'other sisters'.

The deceased Sister was a cousin of the late Archbishop Goold of Melbourne.

Born Cork, 18 Sep 1822.

This might be a possibility given that he had a cousin named HYNES. 

Patrick and James GOOLD baptised together on 15 March 1811, sons of James GOOLD and Mary HYNES.

I cannot see a baptism in the available indexes for 1812 or 1813.

Thank you so much Debra, I only posted this about an hour ago and yours is the 2nd reply....Are these sites great!I shall look into the Goold family for a friend, so this will be another lead to follow.
