Have you tried a request on findagrave for this cemetery, there does appear to be someone who is actively responding to requests

Thanks, I'll give this a shot

Are you sure there's a gravestone? These are inscriptions for RC12 at Anfield and I can't see one for your James Francis Healey:-

On that site grave no 375 is missing possibly removed as dangerous or just illegible. Or at the time of the transcriptions had been removed to have something extra added?

So solid information I have is the "England & Scotland, Select Cemetery Registers, 1800-2016" (on ancestry.co.uk) lists James (my great grandfather) as in a private grave in Anfield as listed above.
I have contacted enquires@friendsofanfield.com and they are willing to do a search for a small fee which I have agreed to.
I have also listed James as a memorial on FindAGrave as previously suggested here: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/217719210/james-francis-healey
Hopefully not as described by lancsann, but will see. Never know if I don't check
Best regards
Rich
