No details of where Ann Maria was born or who her father was from the marriage cert

Do you have his birth certificate? There appears to be a John Allmark, registered in Dudley Registration District, March quarter 1854 - mother's maiden name = Allmark. Is this him?
-
Baptism record - as posted - parents are John (Boatman) and Eliza PLUS brother William.
Added: I cannot readily see a birth registration for William.
-
Is this the 1861 census entry for the family?
