Title: Location of Girth Head farm
Post by: PeteRae on Saturday 26 September 20 11:27 BST (UK)
Hi,
I'm trying to locate a Girth Head Farm, Wamphrey near Lockerbie. Can't seem to locate it on Google!
My maternal grandfather died there in 1963.
I can't even figure out why he was there as he lived on Main Street in Lockerbie?
Only thing I've got to connect him to any farm is that his mother's husband was a shepherd!?
Thank you in anticipation.
Pete
