Berwickshire News and General Advertiser was first published in 1869, so too late for this timeframe.
The Illustrated Berwick Journal (a weekly paper) is online for 1865.
I tried a name search but nothing came up, looked at each week's death notices for the first 3 months of 1865 and still nothing, sorry.
EDIT Numpty Boo will now go back and search the LAST 3 months of 1865 which is when you say she died, back later

and Family Search have a burial index entry on 10th Dec 1865 at Berwick for Mary Turnbull, born 1777, wife of William Turnbull.
They do have images, but the agreement with the record holders means they can only be viewed at a family history centre and, as far as I am aware, they are all still closed.
