Good morning. I am trying to find out what happened to William Ahearn and here is what I believe to be true. He was born around 1832 in county Limerick and was married to Bridget in 12/1853 in Walsall (UK). They had several children: Edward (57), Mary (59) and Bridget (60) living in Bilston, UK. I show Bridget immigrating to US in 1881 but without William so wondering if he passed before the move the US. Many thanks,
Frank

The 1881 census shows all the family including William, Bridget,Edward,Mary,Bridget plus a few more Catherine 1863, Julia 1865 and William 1871. However there is also a death certificate online for Bridget who died in NY 21/12/1904 aged 69 years. Her Father was Thomas Goggins. She was born in Ireland. She is a widow at the time of her death.
Regards.
