Accidentally marked 6 pages of unread topics as read. How do I get them back?

I've done that before but only 1 or 2 pages.
Added. I'm not sure what I did.  Try going back to "Unread Posts" and then select the option for all unread topics. Alternatively select "Forum" and look at most recent posts on boards which interest you.

I don't think you can if you've marked them as read.  If you are interested in particular boards, you'd need to go to the board and just identify the ones that might be of interest to you.

Add - I see it seems to be just Cheshire, so just look at that board for ones  that came up in the time period.

No you can't un-mark them so they are not "marked as read" once you've done it.
