Can it be taken out of the frame and rescanned? There are a lot of reflections obscuring the image.

Thank you for your attempts thus far.
I shall get the photo removed from the frame and re-scanned later - I hope, sadly its not in my possession so it needs some negotiating!!!

Sadly the photo will not come out - it appears to be stuck to the frame and may cause more damage by removing it and.... its the only picture we have of Peggy.
