Title: PARSLEY (PARSLOE), Sarah, Westport area, c 1827
Post by: stikybeak on Wednesday 26 August 20 03:42 BST (UK)
I am trying to get information on Sarah Parsley who had two of her children, Mary and Shadrack, baptised on the 28th Jan 1827 in the Parish of Westport. Her occupation was Lacemaker. The entry reads that the children are base born, as in illegitimate. Sarah married William Clark 30 Aug 1826. I descend through Mary's line and was always curious about her middle name being Parsloe, but have since found out that the name was Parsley.

I would like to know who their father was and am presuming that I will have to search the Petty Sessions for a possible record. Are these records available online?

Regards
Yvonne

Wow, that was quick. Yes that looks like her. Mary was born c1822 so maybe she was moved because she was pregnant.

How am I able to look at the full record?
