I have been trying to get research information on a long lost nephew whom I know a little about.  He was the son of my brother Christopher Medland ( deceased ).  I believe Ian Medland lived in Warrington or close to.  I was informed through a relation that Ian had died about two years ago probably in his late forties or early fifties.  Ian did have a brother Christopher Medland who might have died in an accident.  I am updating the family archives and Ian is one of the lost in my search as well as Christopher his brother.

There isn’t a death on GRO UK for the nephew, back to 2013.

I can see his name in the heading and in the body of your post.

He can choose not to appear on the electoral register that we can view so his absence does not confirm that he is no longer with us.

Thank you for your input and I am watching the progress.  I now know Ian had a brother Christopher who died in an accident.  I do know that Ian definitely died ( told a by relation to inform me ).
