Title: Great Grandfather William Chiddicks

I have an image of my great grandfather William Chiddicks which is in poor condition, I did try here before but original file was too small. Have rescanned the image which will hopefully give people a better chance. I would ideally love to print this and frame this with my other pics. I have scanned also as a TIFF image but the file is far too large for here (9mb). Any help greatly appreciated

      Can't do much about the eyes except replace them which I'm loathe to do.
