Hoping that someone can relate to the following families. Thanks for taking the time to read :)
Richard Stewart b. abt. 1803 Donegal, married Annie Moore. date unknown
Richard appears in the 1832 tithe applotment books in Rosscad, along with Andrew Stewart and William Stewart (Brothers perhaps?)
He shows up gain in the 1857 Griffiths for Rosscad. No sign of Andrew and William in 1857 though.
I believe Richard died 23 May 1867 in Dunfanaghy, as per the civil reg. death index.
Richard possibly had a son Andrew b abt 1837 married Martha Moore (dau of Richard Moore)
Another verified Son of Richard and Annie Moore -
Richard Stewart Jr. 1831 - 1911. Married Catherine Stewart 24 August 1857, Duntocher, Dunbartonshire, Scotland
Richard and Catherine were 2nd Cousins - as noted on their marriage certificate.
Catherine Stewart, also born in Donegal, was the Daughter of
Thomas Stewart 1810 - 1836 and his wife Mary McDowall/Dowall. (dau. of William McDowall & Fanny Hay)
Other verified children of the couple were -
Fanny Stewart 1836 - 1874
Jane Stewart 1831 - 1894. married Joseph Salisbury November 06, 1866 • Duntocher, Dunbartonshire
After the death of Thomas Stewart circa 1836 Mary McDowall/Dowall remarried James Morrow
Fingers crossed, I would love to be able to take these families back another generation.

Richard Stewart death on Irish Genealogy (1867) but the cert image isn't online yet.
-
yes, too bad the image is not online. The informant does not appear to be a family member. Am I right in thinking that Irish DC's do not contain the names of the parents of the deceased?
-
The image will be online at some point.
Lucky to get the name of deceased never mind any family.
You only get a family member if they were the informant, might get a father's name on a child's.
